Cancellation / Returns Policy

If you are a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the contract up to 3 days prior to agreed delivery date and receive a full refund or by informing the seller by email within 7 working days (if not delivered) of ordering the goods. 

The buyer shall inspect the goods immediately on delivery/installation and shall notify us by email within 72 hours of the delivery if the goods are damaged. If the buyer fails to do so the buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods. Unfortunately we cannot accept any claims for damages after 72 hours.

Where a claim of defect or damage is made, we will supply/replace any necessary parts to complete your agreed initial purchase. We require photographic evidence of any complaints or defects. The customer shall afford the seller an opportunity to inspect the goods within a reasonable time following delivery if the customer believes the goods are defective in any way. For defective goods our liability is limited to either repairing or replacing the goods.

If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order or part of your order, we will contact you with details of anticipated delivery dates and an option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
